Shengli Li, PhD
Shengli Li earned his Ph.D. in Medical Systems Biology from Fudan University in 2018. He then pursued postdoctoral training at the University of Texas Health Science center at Houston from 2018 to 2020. Currently, he is a Principal Investigator with the Shanghai General Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Shengli is a computational biologist specializing in human cancer genetics. His research is centered on the integrative application of state-of-the-art computational biology algorithms and molecular experimental techniques. His aim is to uncover systematic changes and functional elements in human cancer progression, the cancer microenvironment, and the response to anti-cancer therapies.
